Description
"Dance of a Thousand Birome" -- ballpoint pen on paper (8.5" x 11"), scanned, colored digitally in Corel Painter, using Intuos3 tablet.
(DA doesn't have a mixed media category for trad+digi..., but since I've spent way more time working on the lines in ballpoint pen on paper, I'm sticking this into "traditional work" for categorization purpose.)

Oranges and browns are not my colors, but Goddess of Doodles demanded and ended up engulfed in flames. Let's just say that it represents the all-consuming passion for doodles done in pen!
I'll have to decide here in a bit which one to enter the contest between "Grace of Tungsten Carbide" and "Dance of a Thousand Birome". It is a contest sponsored by the group #CultOfTheBiro, so I'm partial to the 100% ballpoint pen version ("Grace..."), but that's just the purist in me talking.
I had so much fun with this piece from the beginning to the end. I hope you find it amusing, too.
