"Viridis Incendia" -- pen-on-paper doodle

~Still stuck in doodle phase~
Sometimes small doodles (8 1/2 x 11 inches or 21.6 x 27.9 cm) are easier to commit to. ^_^ I have gifts and collaborations I'm supposed to be working on, but can't seem to find my inspiration lately. I seem to have motivation to do mindless doodles, on the other hand. Like in "Elixir of Life", I started with the outline of the profile and let the drawing just expand from there. This is another one that would be interesting to do in color when I get around to it.

Again, no story to go with or draw inspiration from. The idea of a woman holding a butterfly in her mouth was the random image -- a starting point. I think the rest of the image just developed from words like, "trapped", "entrapment", "capture", "devour" (free association ^_^)... thus the carnivorous plants in the image, the hair, and the spider's web.

I love butterflies. I don't ever catch one for collecting or anything. This was just an idea.

its ok i dont mind i looove blue so its cool lolz srry i like seeing blue stuff it would be cool if i could see and maybe catch a blue butterfly :XD:

^^ I've only seen, orange, yellow and black, and mostly black, and bunch of small white ones around here. At the butterfly garden/botanical garden, I think I've seen pretty blue ones.
